What a wonderful time to be at Artemus Christian Church! I am glad you stopped by for a look-see whether to investigate our church, or as a member to get caught up on all the things going on or whatever, I pray a blessing on you.

One of my dreams is to take a trip out west driving and seeing all the stops along the way. Of course visiting places like the Grand Canyon, Redwood forest, Mt. Rushmore, drive Rout 66, Yellowstone Park and so on. I also want to visit other obscure place such as the Cadillac Ranch, world’s biggest ball of yarn, and road side dives.

I know the destination is the goal, but sometimes getting there is the fun part. You never know what the next mile will bring. Sometimes you drive thru storms, experience flat tires, and get off track as well as enjoy the sun, with the windows or top down and the music cranked up. Sunglasses and wind-blown hair can be the best look ya know?

As we at Artemus begin a new chapter, or a new trip if you will, I invite you to climb in, grab a soda, put on your sun glasses, stick your feet out the window and enjoy the journey! We will see some groovy sights, perhaps experience some tough weather, but all in all, it is gonna be a great ride.
